Most of the advice we give is through the legal aid system covering a range of issues such as serious disrepair, your landlord has started court proceedings to get possession of your home or has applied to the court for an eviction, illegal eviction and you have made been homeless and your local council have refused to re-house you.

This service focuses on people on low incomes whose housing conditions are having a direct impact on their health and wellbeing. Those we assist often have inadequate heating in their homes or maybe struggling to pay the fuel bills.

Renters Legal

Advice4Renters’ sister service, Renters Legal, provides affordable access to our renowned housing advice services for those who do not qualify for Legal Aid. We provide informed, impartial legal services and have been doing so for over 30 years. Our costs are simple, upfront and far more affordable than equivalent services in private practice.
